Jim FitzGibbon, former president of Four Season Hotel & Resorts, headlined the Day 3 morning keynotes today at Imagine. Jim shared some incredible examples of how the Four Season created and lived by a service-oriented culture. He took attendees on a trip around the globe, showing how the Four Season’s culture manifests itself in locations ranging from London to the Seychelles.
Following the presentation, Jim and Bob Schwartz held a game-show style contest to award one lucky attendee a FREE 7 night stay at the fabulous Four Seasons Hotel in Bora Bora.

Gary challenged the five contests to show off their Magento expertise and learnings from the past two days of keynote presentations, not to mention their dancing skills. All contests put on valiant efforts, each showing their Magento passion. But in the end, only one - Krister Lenman from Sweden – emerged the winner.
